Court Options is an established Pre Trial Diversion company that has been at the forefront of diversion services for close to twenty years in South Florida and throughout the state. We are looking for a case manager in our Tampa office. Must have office experience. Legal experience is preferred.

Details:
- Will experience many different areas of the legal system from the clerks and judges to the attorneys and defendants.
- The areas will include but not be limited to; ZOOM court representation, initial intakes, overseeing a small team of case managers and helping with registration for participants referred to the programs, case management, etc.
- Deal with different branches of the legal system; these will include prosecutors, judges, public defenders, private criminal representation, bailiffs, county clerks, and probation and pretrial officers as well.

- Handle finances and ensure the money is on point at the end of every day
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and assist clients on a daily basis
- Appear in court (virtually) as needed
- Assist clients in registering for programs and substance abuse evaluations Ensure caseloads are organized and taken care of
