SUMMARY:
As an Electronic Monitoring Technician you will be responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining various GPS and Alcohol Monitors, among other things. You will act as a liaison between CPI and the courts, agencies, jails, and participants. The position does require local travel so reliable transportation is a must.

You will act as a liaison between CPI and the courts, agencies, jails, and participants. The position does require local travel so reliable transportation is a must.
Responsibilities
- Install, remove, maintain, and repair electronic monitoring devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electronic monitoring devices.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed.
- Work directly with and provide excellent customer service to court personnel, agencies, jails, and participants on a monitor.
- Schedule and conduct in person visits with participants for device inspection.
- Provide courtroom testimony when needed.
- Provide accurate reports to the courts.
- Maintain inventory of devices for multiple locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and inspection of devices.
- Act as liaison to the courts, agencies, jails, and participants.
- Review and process client payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean driving history.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to testify in a courtroom.
- Must be comfortable entering a jail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have conflict resolution skills.
