Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and an eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle is cleaned, polished, and presented to the standards of Courtesy Auto & Truck Center. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of our new and pre-owned vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and functionality.
- Conduct custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and ensure all tools and equipment are organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and positioning purposes.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need attention before detailing.
- Maintain detailing supplies inventory and report any shortages to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with buffing techniques and car wash procedures is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift items as necessary during the detailing process.
