Courtesy Corporation owns and operates 64 McDonald’s restaurants in Western Wisconsin,
Southeastern Minnesota, and Northern Iowa. Courtesy Corporation is one of the fastest growing,

This position is an hourly position based on a 40 hour work week. The Equipment Repair Technician
will be responsible for the equipment and physical plant of multiple locations in the extended area.
Responsible for all preventative maintenance, installation, trouble shooting and repair of
equipment, including, but not limited to:
• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Exhaust fans/stacks
• Hot water heaters
• Basic electrical
• Interior restaurant equipment, including, but not limited to:
◦ Freezers, coolers, ice machines
◦ All Beverage Systems
◦ Grills, toasters, fryer vats, other kitchen equipment
◦ Sewer drains and miscellaneous plumbing
◦ Signs, kiosks, interior & exterior monitors
◦ Drive thru communication systems/head sets and speakers
◦ Lighting – indoor and outdoor
• Miscellaneous repair duties and responsibilities:
◦ Tile repair/replacement
◦ Seating repair/replacement
◦ Outdoor irrigation systems
◦ Parking lot striping, crack sealing
