Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor :

  • Guide customers through the auto repair / maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule appointments and much more.
  • Greet customers and answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and keep customers informed of changes
  • Upon work completion, review work order with the customer to ensure all they are satisfied
  • Perform other duties as requested

    • Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor :

  • Auto Dealership Service Advisor Experience Preferred
  • Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
  • Good customer service, computer and communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen.
