Greet customers and answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and keep customers informed of changes Upon work completion, review work order with the customer to ensure all they are satisfied Perform other duties as requested Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor : Auto Dealership Service Advisor Experience Preferred Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical operations Good customer service, computer and communication skills Thrives in a fast-paced team environment A positive attitude and good work ethic Professional appearance Valid driver's license and good driving record Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen.
