Outbound Telemarketing Service Agent
Courtesy Nissan of Richardson is actively seeking an energetic and customer-focused Outbound Telemarketing Service Agent to assist in creating excellent initial impressions and set appointments for our expanding Service Department. The Telemarketing Service Agent is primarily responsible for addressing service customer inquiries; therefore, this individual must possess a passion for developing relationships and providing exceptional customer service!

Role Responsibilities :
- Manages numerous outbound calls and emails in a timely manner. The Service Agent maintains a rapport with potential customers to gain commitments to vehicle services.
- Identifies customers' needs and provides information about service appointments and availability. The Service Agent collaborates with the Service Advisors to provide alternative solutions for issues to promote service sales growth.
- Responds to customers and provides information on shuttle schedules, if needed. The Service Agent ensures complete documentation of all contact with customers within the management system.
- Establishes and monitors new appointments using database lists provided by dealer management system. The Service Agent utilizes professionally written correspondence to potential customers and for Service Advisor's needs.
