Position: Fitness Manager
Reports To: Club Director
Job Purpose: Quality Control of all Fitness Operations and Delivery
Fitness Manager Role & Responsibilities
A Fitness Manager (FM) is responsible for the day-to-day activities surrounding getting new Courthouse members integrated into an engaged form of exercise. The FM is responsible for a team of Fitness Trainers that lead small and large group training. The FM also oversees a team of Fitness Support that enrolls new members and guides them to the appropriate fitness classes that will help them reach their goals.

Job Duties:
- 45% - Trainer & Fitness Support Management
- Establish and uphold Courthouse Training Culture in their club.
- Oversee all Spartan, Performance, and Private programming in the club
- Provide leadership & coaching to staff (trainers and Fitness Support) and clients
- On-board new Club Trainers and develop their skills through Club Trainer meetings, observations in the club, as well as through co-coaching of sessions
- Onboard new Fitness Support and develop their skills through assessment role play, dynamic, initial workout, and entire sales process for potential clients
- Create, maintain & oversee the training schedule and ensure all sessions are covered
- Cover training sessions for absent or sick Trainers
- 35% - Training Delivery
- Ensure staff provides a high-quality training experience through weekly inspection & feedback
- Encourage & prescribe Group Training when appropriate
- Assist in training when sessions are in need of additional coaching
- Oversee, as well as maintain, a safe and clean training environment.
- Assist in developing Courthouse Training Programming
- 15% - Administrative
- Maintain current client roster to be reported monthly to the Club Director
- Audit all Training reports to provide real-time month-end projections.
- Establish monthly KPIs for the club that account for loss and growth.
