Position: Party & Event Coordinator
FT: Full-time
Job Purpose: Successful delivery and coordination of all party and event requests.
Salary Range: $3,500-$4000 per month with commission opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Field and confirm all party and rental inquiries
- Maintain quick and professional communication with new and existing customers
- Hire and onboard all party staff
- Staff communication to ensure preparedness for clubs and staff
- Coverage for all events when staffing is not available
- Invoice and complete each event sale through member management system
- Manage and update events and scheduling through a scheduling software
- Provide an end-of-the-month Events recap of sales and inquiries

- Confident, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality
- Ability to organize and plan, with good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibility
- Able and willing to work a wide variety of hours when present in the club is needed (specifically during peak times)
- Maintain current certifications and be a lifelong learner
- Make decisions that are fair and consistent, but not necessarily popular
- Critically assess their own performance as well as those under their supervision
- Mature, credible, and comfortable working with upper management in a clear and straightforward manner
- Set an example of excellence for staff to follow in conduct, work habits, and treatment of others
