Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges? we are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs or PCAs to join our team. This role involves providing essential support and care to DBHDD clients, helping them achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. 12 hours shift, 3 time / week.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Follow individual care plans and work closely with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Monitor and records clients' health and progress
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- promote independence, dignity, and respect of clients
Qualifications:
- Certification as a CNA or PCA or relevant experience as a PCA
- Current and valid certification / license in Georgia
- Previous experience in home care or a similar setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- CPR and First Aid Certification
