Accounting Clerk for Farm Equipment Dealership located in Sauk Centre, MN

Seeking a positive, motivated Accounting Clerk at Dairyland Supply located in Sauk Centre, MN. This position will share all aspects of AR and AP duties, as well as some HR duties for the company.

Dairyland Supply is a full short-line dealership of agricultural equipment serving Central Minnesota and the surrounding 5 state area for over 50 years. We are a privately-owned company. We specialize in providing livestock farms of all sizes with feeding, bedding, and waste handling solutions.

The ideal Accounting Clerk must have exceptional communication skills and lead with a customer service mindset. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills is required, with the ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and balance competing priorities. A proficiency in Microsoft is necessary (Knowledge of Aspen Software would be a plus!) . Candidate should have an understanding of accounting concepts and processes and how a dealership operates. Three years of general on the job accounting experience is preferred.

Duties to include:

• Manage the vendor invoice process
• Demonstrate internal and external customer/vendor service
• Accounts receivable cash receipt entry
• Manage bank loans
• Manage manufacturer floor plan units
• Process customer warranty registrations
• Electronically scan and deposit customer checks daily
• Tracking and filing employee credit card receipts
• Reconcile invoices with packing slips
• Produce and distribute annual vendor 1099 forms
• Data entry
• Filing electronic and hard copies
• Complete any other tasks as assigned based on company need and ability
• Some HR responsibilities required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
