Job Description
Use your communication, sales and ambition as a Sales Development Rep with Farmers Insurance Group! SDRs call potential customers to set appointments, working to increase agency sales. Use the successful training and scripts provided to contact and inform prospects of Farmers Insurance products or services for the purpose of securing sales appointments for Insurance Agents or Insurance Agency Producers. Be responsible for tracking marketing methods used and outcomes
This role is an entry-level role and training is provided. Promotion to Insurance Producer or Insurance Agent and more, available for candidates that obtain proper insurance licenses.
Salary: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop & execute marketing strategies to generate leads for insurance sales
Create and manage digital ads, social media campaigns, and local marketing efforts
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into policies
Optimize campaigns using SEO, content marketing, and email automation
Build brand awareness through community engagement and networking
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be willing to obtain insurance producer's license
Must be able to work independently and be a problem-solver. (We provide all the training you will need!)
Excellent phone skills.
