Job Description
Courtroom Connect is looking for talented and motivated inside sales people to drive growth for our product line, customer base and target markets. This is a chance to not only get in on a ground-floor sales opportunity, but also get your foot in the door with a high-growth company.
Our products and services are already used every day by attorneys, court reporters, and other legal professionals around the country: they have proven value. Your job is to bring these products to even more clients and expand Courtroom Connect’s national footprint.
Specifically, you will prospect for new customers and assist with account management of existing customers in the court reporting market. As you bring new customers on-board you will also be responsible for complete ownership of those accounts. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with order processing to facilitate successful events for upcoming trials.
Attention to detail, ability to jump into a fast-paced environment and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential. A key to success is in building rapport and relationships, quickly, by identifying and categorizing each prospect’s needs and our ability to fill those needs.
Travel to meet with potential and existing accounts will be at your and your manager’s discretion. Ability to travel up to 3 days per month is required.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Becoming a subject-matter expert for our products and providing feedback to the sales, marketing, and product teams
- Driving revenue by identifying client needs and showing how our products address those needs, offering value propositions, creating a sense of urgency, handling buying objections
- Sourcing new prospects using provided tools and databases coupled with online research
- Cold-calling key decision makers to set appointments
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Sending and receiving court services orders and processing them efficiently with an eye on the detail and follow up
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous inside sales experience is required (2 years minimum)
- Proven track record of working against-and consistently hitting-quotas
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Self-starter: we’ll give you what you need, but you bring the motivation
- Experience walking customers through demos as part of the sales process, either in-person or remotely
- Exceptional people skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Court reporting or legal industry experience a plus
- Experience in technology or legal sales is preferred
