Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leasing agent to join our dynamic team. As a leasing agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental process from start to finish, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, or in person.
- Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying income and rental history.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting property condition.
- Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a leasing agent or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of leasing regulations and fair housing laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish
