Courtside Bar & Grill is looking for a dependable Dishwasher to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen while supporting our back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Set up and operate the dishwashing station, including assembling the dish machine and pot sinks.
- Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans thoroughly, either by machine or by hand.
- Inspect all cleaned items to ensure 100% cleanliness.
- Sort and organize clean silverware and kitchen tools.
- Keep the dish area neat and organized for maximum efficiency.
- Sweep and mop floors in the dish area and kitchen to maintain a sanitary workspace.
- Remove trash and transport boxes from the kitchen to the dumpster, ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Complete all opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
- Perform any additional tasks as requested by management.
