We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing a community of 80 units, managing all aspects of operations, ensuring high-quality care and services for our residents, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment for staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all staff members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence throughout the community.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of qualified staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines.
- Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary
- Address resident concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resident experience.
Skills:
- Must hold current Idaho Residential Care Administrator License.
- Must be a proactive and adaptable leader, with the flexibility to step into various roles when needed to support the overall success of the community.
- At least 2 years of experience as Executive Director.
- An analytical mind capable of “out-of-the-box” thinking to solve problems
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience in developing strategies and plans
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
