Job Summary
The Courtyard At Fitchburg is seeking a dedicated NOC shift Medpasser to join our team. This position involves providing medication administration and care to residents during the night shift.
Duties
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules
- Ensure accurate documentation of medication administration
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal care
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident living areas
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure the well-being of residents
- Provide compassionate care to individuals with memory care needs, developmental disabilities, and other health conditions
Requirements
- Experience in memory care, nursing homes, home care, or assisted living settings
- Proficiency in medication administration protocols and systems
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong caregiving skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Willingness to work night shifts and provide care during overnight hours
