Resident Assistant PART TIME - AM Shift - The Courtyard at Fitchburg Assisted Living

The Courtyard at Fitchburg Assisted Living is growing and looking to add team members to provide care to our seniors!

Position: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm PART TIME, flexible schedule with rotating weekends

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall care and assistance to residents including but not limited to helping with all Activities of Daily Living, housekeeping, laundry and overall help around the community.
- May Administer medication to residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules.
- Monitor and document residents vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement resident care plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

Requirements:
- Medication Administration certificate if applicable for position
- Experience in senior care, dementia care, or memory care settings is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing resident needs and schedules.
- Understanding of infection control protocols and safety measures in healthcare settings.
