This role involves providing food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering items. Shift responsibility will include preparing Starbucks coffee drinks and ensuring that all tasks are carried out in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Your goal is to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will represent the restaurant and hotel, maintaining business relationships and coordinating with all hotel departments for events, group activities, and food and beverage services across all outlets.
