Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and presentation for events and daily service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs during meal service.
- Support bartending operations, including drink preparation and serving.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.
- Help set up and break down banquet events, ensuring all equipment is properly handled.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism in fine dining settings.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or handling is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Experience in banquet service or fine dining environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of dietary aide responsibilities is beneficial.
- Bartending experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
