Free Telehealth Program Job Responsibilities A general overview of the Assistant Executive Housekeeper position is as follows:
Assigning rooms for Housekeepers, assigning extra help for deep cleaning
Partnering with Maintenance to ensure Housekeeping supplies are fully stocked
Ensuring all cleaned rooms are checked and updated in the computer system
Maintains and logs lost and found items
Makes sure all storage areas are locked
Oversees Housekeeping’s use of the time clock, ensuring that punches are accurate
Responsible for making sure there are enough linens stocked for the night Housekeepers
Assists in training for each new Housekeeper
Assists in terminations of Housekeepers that are not showing signs of progress
Ensures that cleaned rooms are up to standards, rules, and regulations
Responding promptly to any guests inquires or complaints, or escalating to the General Manager Required Skills and Qualifications Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent guest service to include: Honesty, a positive attitude, a commitment to servicing the guest, taking initiative to speak with our guests
Has the ability to seek out work, rather than to wait for direction
General knowledge of the safety, security rules & procedures
Excellent planning and organizing skills
The ability to modify leadership style and management approach to reach goals at hand
Effectively communicate ideas and needs, both in written and oral communication
Has the ability to stand or walk for up to hours per day
