Currently looking to fill three night shifts from 11pm - 7am for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights.
The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing and audit for accuracy of room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts, and telephone revenue. This position will also assist with the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. Duties include completing and transmitting accounting reports and supporting documents. The night auditor will act as a hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all GSR functions as required; Assist in booking room reservations; answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of messages. Qualifications Include: (not limited to) Previous customer service experience is required. Previous experience in a similar position or within a hotel preferred. Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal. Guest service oriented demeanor is required. Candidate should be willing to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitude. Excellent phone and computer skills. Ability to work overnight on a full time basis. Ability to read and speak English. Previous cash handling experience preferred.
As the Front Desk Night Clerk at the Courtyard Chicago St. Charles, your responsibilities will include serving as ambassador to the hotel handling all check-in and check-outs, answering incoming calls while upholding Guest Service Standards. Functions will also include nightly accounting and working as a "Runner" for housekeeping needs during the midnight shift.

Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- One year previous experience in a similar position in a hotel.
- Customer service experience required.
- Must be able to work the overnight shift 11pm -7am on weekends.
- Basic computer skills required.
