Guest Service Agent - Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous but not required.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
