Overview:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the overall management and operation of the hotel. The role ensures the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial profitability while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth execution of all hotel services, maintaining high service quality standards.
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the General Manager.
Guest Experience:
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring timely resolution of complaints and concerns.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Foster relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality & Hotel management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)- preferrable Marriott Brand Experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel management 2 years of experience in Managerial or supervisor role.
- Strong knowledge of Marriott brand hotel operations and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
