We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and be skilled in handling various front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
• Utilize phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or requests.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.

Skills

• Strong front desk experience with a focus on guest services.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our service to diverse guests.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles, particularly within hotel or resort settings.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
