Overview
We are seeking (5) dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including industrial, custodial, and hospitality settings. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and safe for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces and materials.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff as needed.
- Uphold the principles of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields such as hotel or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift and move items as required for cleaning duties.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
