Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for use.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.
- Provide custodial services by emptying trash bins, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe environment for all.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
