Job Summary:
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift. You will assist guests, ensure the safety and security of the property, and perform daily financial reconciliations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working independently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests during the overnight shift, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Complete the night audit process, including balancing daily transactions and generating financial reports.
- Monitor hotel security and address any guest concerns or emergencies.
- Ensure accurate billing, verify payments, and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in preparing the hotel for the next business day, including setting up for early arrivals.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic accounting or financial reconciliation knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Marriott experience is a plus).
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
