As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the short and long-term planning oversight of the Food & Beverage operations in the front and back of the house. You will plan and supervise the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.
Job Requirements:
- Assist in accurately forecasting food and beverage revenue/expenses
- Assist in ensuring hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
- Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
- Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
- Supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets
- Manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service
