Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender / Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Keep track of inventory and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems, Aloha POS experience is a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience in banquet settings is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
