Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including banquet events.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
• Experience in the food industry with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards and banquet service protocols is preferred.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and food handling practices.
• Previous bartending experience is highly desirable, showcasing creativity in drink preparation.
