Job Summary
We're seeking an IT Delivery Manager to help champion the development and delivery of Global Technology initiatives. This individual is a key member of the Technology Experience Center (TEC) organization, providing operational and strategic support to the senior leadership team. This role supports managing department initiatives, optimizing planning processes, and ensuring effective facilitation of workshops, events, and cross-functional efforts. You'll be responsible for managing teams utilizing a structured project management methodology, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Operational Management:
The salary range for this position is $84,900 to $132,200 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- 5 years of Information Technology experience, preferably in an infrastructure setting.
- 1 years of formal Project Management experience.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and an understanding of structured project management principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Expertise in time-management, multitasking, and prioritizing in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Project Management Certification preferred (Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and maintain adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills to address complex challenges effectively.
- Experience facilitating daily stand-up meetings and retrospectives within a project management framework.
- Ability to identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
- Ability to partner with Product Owners to define user stories and manage product backlogs within a project management framework.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across matrixed teams.
- Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Operational Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiency and consistency across TEC initiatives, conferences, certifications, and workshops.
- Proactively manage and maintain TEC department schedules, including leadership workshops, conferences, team outings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, including setting agendas, preparing materials, capturing key actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, fostering alignment and open communication across teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve business planning processes and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects, providing insights and recommendations for successful execution.
- Oversee event logistics planning, such as catering and technical requirements, ensuring flawless execution.
- Develop initiative plans aligned with structured project management principles, including requirements, cost, schedule, and deliverables.
- Define clear milestones and task dependencies within the project management framework.
- Facilitate planning and review sessions as part of the project management workflow.
- Identify and manage initiative risks using structured risk mitigation strategies.
- Guide the team on project management practices to optimize performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiative goals.
