Housekeeper

HOUSEKEEPER

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change linens and make beds in guest rooms
- Stock and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their requests or inquiries promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques
- Familiarity with floor care procedures and equipment
- Ability to perform custodial tasks such as cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, and handling chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push/pull heavy objects as needed
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
