- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring access points and responding to emergencies as needed.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory of supplies.
