- Presents menu options, answers questions, and takes orders from guests, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- Anticipates guests' needs and responds promptly, maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
- Computes bills, accepts payment, and tracks sales receipts in the MICROS system.
- Cleans and maintains the bistro area, including tables, counters, and kitchen spaces.
- Ensures complete knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation styles.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels, requests supplies as needed, and ensures efficient stock rotation.
- Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
