Strong leadership in food and beverage
Knowledgeable in food safety standards with Brand and local laws. (Serv Safe certified preferred and TIPS card)
Experience with food/beverage inventory, managing costs and purchasing within budget guidelines.
Understands the importance of sanitation, cleanliness and organization.
Has a passion for delivering an over the top experience for guests.
Hires, trains and motivates a team that consistently strives to exceed goals.
Focused on creating a loyal guest by delivering high quality food and creative cocktails by a friendly team.
Understands the importance of a happy team.
Has experience with planning contracts and executing Banquet and Meeting events.
Understands the importance of keep HACCP forms, cleaning logs and waste logs current and completed.
Understands the importance in delivering on Marriot Brand standards.
