Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotels—responsible for providing an exceptional first and last impression for every guest. You will check guests in and out, respond to inquiries, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
- Check guests in and out using our property management system
- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Resolve guest issues promptly and with a service-first attitude
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and guest requests efficiently
- Handle payment processing, including cash, credit cards, and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Uphold JSK Hospitality’s service standards and brand expectations at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred
- Previous front desk or customer service experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Proficient in basic computer use; knowledge of hotel systems preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
