Responsibilities

• Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables after guests finish their meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or catering services.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food service tasks as needed.
• Ensure all utensils, glassware, and dishes are cleaned and properly stored.
• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs and requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations or catering services is a plus but not mandatory.
