Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders from guests using the POS system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong guest relations skills to foster positive customer interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
