Barista and Breakfast Server

Charley's Restaurant, inside the Courtyard by Marriott in Tukwila is looking for a part time, barista/AM server for our restaurant. Hours will be strictly based on occupancy and performance.

Our breakfast shift starts at 5am weekdays, and 6am weekends. Typically out before 11am.

More hours could be available as a backup AM cook if you have experience, or during our dinner shift as a bartender if you have experience.

Weekend availability is a must!

Must be able to pass a background check.

Full Time Associates (30 hours), qualify for benefits (Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO)

Job Duties:

• Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Makes drinks/coffee for guests.
• Provides the highest quality service and establishes appropriate rapport with all guests.
• Adheres to all health regulations and local liquor laws.
• Follows all CSM cash handling/POS procedures.
• Completes all required side work including but not limited to: cleaning restaurant, coffee stations, trays and coolers; vacuuming, trash removal, and stocking of supplies.
• Follows CSM procedures when handling cash and processing financial transactions.
• Responsible for proper use of all equipment and adheres to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste.
• Ring orders on MICROS system
• Dispenses/delivers food and beverages and maintains a clean and safe work area in accordance with CSM, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Adheres to CSM attendance policy, grooming/appearance standards, general work rules and department procedures.
