Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, dedicated and reliable F&B Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the skills and passion to deliver a top notch guest experience in a hospitality setting. The individual(s) we seek will be able to work as a line/banquet cook, bartender, and barista. This will be a variety of shifts in each position, meaning one day you may cook, the next night you may bartend, and the next you may be on banquets. This position is best suited for a seasoned pro, one who has experience in all the areas. We will teach you where you lack, but some experience in all is required. The possibility for a (mostly) set schedule is very real, after training in all areas is completed. Benefits are available, as well as employee stay rates at hotels worldwide (on availability).
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food & beverage items according to established recipes and standards for restaurant service and banquet events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Report any shortages to management.
- Ensure all cooking, bar, and coffee equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak service times while maintaining attention to detail, and top notch guest service.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cooking and barista techniques, and bar knowledge.
- Familiarity with Micros and Toast POS systems for order processing is a plus.
- Proficiency in math skills related to recipe scaling, portion control, and cash handling.
- Experience in casual to upscale , and counter service restaurant settings is preferred. Banquet experience is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation and service.
