Job Purpose
As a Bistro Bartender, you will warmly greet guests, take food and beverage orders, craft delicious drinks, and deliver exceptional service with genuine Southern hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and Cook: Portion, chop, and store fresh ingredients; prepare and cook food following recipes and presentation standards.
- Quality Assurance: Test food to ensure proper cooking; monitor food quality during preparation.
- Serve Guests: Take orders, process payments, and address dietary needs and special requests.
- Craft Beverages: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during the evening shift.
- Clean and Maintain: Wash and disinfect workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment; maintain cleanliness of food prep and dining areas.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash bank at the end of each shift and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the Bistro: Assist with busing, cleaning tables, and delivering food to guests.
- Safety First: Follow company policies, report unsafe work conditions, and complete safety training.
