Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic person who can cook simple bar meals, bartend and serve our hotel guests to join our dynamic team. Recipes all provided from the hotel meals and beverages. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to provide excellent service and hospitality. Enthusiastic and energetic.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Prepare bar type dinner food, flat breads, burgers, quesadillas...etc
- Responsible for keeping food service and restaurant area clean.
- Interact with guests.
- Delivery awesome guest service.
- Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality service.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes, garnishes, and presentation techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
