What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Associate position at Courtyard by Marriott?
We are looking for enthusiastic morning servers to join our team at the new Courtyard by Marriott in Elkhart, IN to provide excellent service to our guests as they enjoy our food and beverage options. Good servers will be able to exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Morning shifts in our Starbucks and Bistro outlet.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate (TIPS)
