Position Summary:
At Courtyard by Marriott Pueblo Downtown, we are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a Front Desk-Guest Service Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome and check-in guests, providing them with necessary information regarding their stay.
- Reservations Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently while ensuring accurate data entry.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Administrative Duties: Manage daily reports, handle cash transactions, and maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
