Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing calendars, and performing various administrative tasks. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Utilize phone systems to transfer calls or take messages accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult customers with professionalism
- Shifts hours are 7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm. Must be able to work both.
- Must be able to work weekends as well.
