What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance position at Courtyard by Marriott?
We are seeking a highly motivated applicant with maintenance experience to join our team at our 133 room hotel. Responsibilities include;
- Basic maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas
- Preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public areas
- Responding to guest maintenance calls and ensuring a quick and satisfactory guest interaction
- Frequent communication with front desk staff and management
Our ideal applicant is organized, attentive to detail, and has prior experience with hotel maintenance. A familiarity with computers is needed as we use an online platform for logging and tracking maintenance issues. It is helpful, although not required, to have a familiarity with air conditioning units, televisions, pools and plumbing. This position also requires interacting with specialized technicians when they come in to do work.
