Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance.
- Oversee account management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Use marketing tools provided by franchise, develop marketing strategies.
- Conduct outside sales calls, cold calling required.
- Represent hotel at local events, network with similar industries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across departments.
- Experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met while driving revenue growth
- A proactive approach to business development with an ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Marriott experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in Hospitality.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
