What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Room Attendant position at Courtyard by Marriott?
We are looking for a detail oriented Room Cleaner with excellent cleanliness standards to keep our rooms sparkling clean and up to Marriott's high standards. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Accurately record all serviced rooms
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guest complaints/requests and inform others when necessary
- Assist with Hotel's Laundry as needed.
- Assist with training team members as needed.
- Check stocking levels of all needed supplies to stock your cart and supply the Guest Rooms
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Normal starting wage is $12.50 per hour. Experienced applicants with references may start at a higher wage.
- Full Benefits are available for Team Members that average 30 hours per week.
- Sunday work is required.
