Duties
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking if required
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or custodial services is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Experience with carpet cleaning and commercial cleaning is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
